Mera Peak Climbing an adventure on top one of the highest trekking peaks of Nepal Himalaya, where you can fulfill an adventure of a lifetime experience in this memorable journey within wild areas of Khumbu and Everest region and on top 6,461 m and 21, 1907 ft high at Mera Peak summit.

Mera Peak Climb suitable for all adventure loving people from beginners to veteran trekkers and mountaineers, as this climb is just grades F means ‘Facial Easy’ taken from famous and popular French / Swiss Alpine Climbing Classification Systems, where it leads you with straight forward climb to the summit top of least technical effort and difficulty.

Walking on ice and glaciers within moraine includes crevice sometimes, where our expert guides will make sure that every members are safe and healthy for the long haul on top Mera Peak and bring you safely back to Lukla for the flight to Kathmandu, after a glorious and memorable adventure on Mera Peak Climbing.

Beginning our adventure to Mera Peak Climb taking a short scenic flight to reach at Lukla, a town with short airstrip, where our walk starts on tranquil areas away from main villages and human settlement for a week to enter into hidden and beautiful valley at Inkhu with rest and acclimatization before heading to Mera Peak base camp and high camp for tremendous feats on top Mera Peak overlooking grand super panorama of mountains with Everest-Lhotse-Baruntse as far to Makalu and Kanchenjunga towards far east.

After a great journey on Mera Peak Climbing and then heading back to Lukla to complete an adventure of a lifetime experience, where a smooth flight brings you at hustle and bustle city life of Kathmandu.

On arrival at Kathmandu international airport via respective airlines, where you will be received by our office staff and guide with warm welcome then transfer to your hotels in the hub of the city.

After checking into your rooms and getting refreshed join the other groups for briefing on Mera Peak Climb and Trekking, our guide offers you with useful important information regarding trek and your stay in Nepal with us.

Evening includes welcome dinner in a nice and authentic Nepalese restaurant with Folk Culture program of Nepal while having your dinner.

    Starting early morning transfer to domestic airport for short and scenic flight to Lukla, taking a smaller aircraft (Twin Otter or Dornier) during 30 minutes on air with amazing panorama of Himalayan series of peaks with Mt. Everest, as the plane lands on its unique uphill runways reaching at Tenzing & Hillary airport in Lukla.

    From here a slow start with few hours of walks past Lukla town heading away from main trails towards eastern areas of Khumbu as our route leads past farm areas and scattered hamlets to reach at Chuntanga surrounded within lovely alpine woodland of rhododendron-oaks, magnolia, pines and fir tree lines.

      At Chutanga rest day around beautiful wilderness of tall rhododendron-magnolia and pines tree forest in the harmony of pristine environment away from mainstream trekking trail.

      Here relax and hike to some view points for better views of surrounding beautiful landscapes and mountains.

        From Chutanga morning leads to a climb over Kalo Himal ridge at Nau Lekh high rocky range, that separates Khumbu and Hinku valley then heading further east towards Barun and Makalu area.

        With strenuous climb reaching high above 4,450 m at Zatrwa Og, continue walk over Zatrwa-La at 4,600 meters, with views across Dudh Kosi River valley with views of Karyolung and Lumding Himal, and then descend to camp at Thuli Kharka a summer pasture area.

          Morning walks lead downhill with views of Peak 43 and Kusum Kanguru peaks, then reaching at Hinku valley on the least trekked areas by other visitors and adventurer offers views of Mera Peak South Face walk continues into dense rhododendron and pine trees forest to a grazing area at Mosum Kharka for overnight camping.

            Adventure continues towards north east after leaving tree lines and green vegetation, as the walk progress reaching into a wide open valley within grazing land around scattered cattle herders shades at Gondishung 4,350 m near to our overnight stop at Tag-Nag.

            Gondishung with more than 200 years old small Gompa, walk continues for an hour to Tag-Nag for overnight stop, a temporary settlement with small huts and shades houses at present with few small lodge and tea house.

              A perfect place for rest day and as well for acclimatization before walking towards higher areas towards Mera Peak, this place offers several high hills for best views of surrounding mountains and valley.

                After Tagnag having relaxing rest, morning walk leads on moderate trail for few hours and then climb over moraine, damming Charpatti Tal (lake), that leads to a high area lined with rocks and cairns and small glacial lake, from here climb for a while and down downhill walk to Dig Kharka, and over boulder strewn hillside to Khare.

                  Morning walk leads over Mera glacier, and to icy area for a while then descend to reach at Mera Base Camp after a good walk of few hours reaching at the foot of Mera Peak at base camp where our tents will be set with afternoon free at leisure and preparation for the climb.

                    From base camp adding one more high camps to make the climb much safe and accessible, as morning walk leads across Mera la to reach Mera High Camp within serene wilderness, after pitching tents at available good ground, afternoon free and preparation for next early morning climb on top Mera Peak, where our guides will be busy checking  the area of climb finding best and safe routes fixing ropes where necessary to safe guard from incidental accidents.

                      Final ascent to our major highlight of the adventure, starting early before dawn, heading towards steady climb and with least technical effort, as our route leads to a straightforward climb, however safety measures should be taken equipped with crampons, ice axe, helmets and positive attitude.

                      After strenuous climb reaching on top Mera Peak summit offers mind blowing views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Cho- Oyu and all the way towards Mt. Kanchenjunga in eastern horizon with array of peaks, after a great climb descend back to base camp using the same route after feeling exhausted but feeling great to have done this marvelous adventurous climb on Mera peak.

                        From Mera Peak base camp return journey leads to pleasant walks without any problem of altitude gain, although the trail leads you with few ups and downs and then back into green surrounding within rich vegetations and tall trees on reaching at Khothay for overnight stop, a small cattle herder camp and shelter.

                          After a great walk with climb of Mera peaks heading back to Lukla on the same route to reach at Tagnag for overnight stop in this nice lovely spot within mountains and grand scenery of surrounding hills and peaks.

                            Morning walk continues leading into forest then with a steep climb on hills and continue walk on nice grassy meadow on the gradual path to reach our last camp of this trek at Thuli-Kharka.

                              Our last day walk of the great adventure, morning starts with a climb to reach a high ridge of Nualekh and Kalo Himal crossing few passes Zatwar-la with steep descends to Chutanga areas and then pleasant trail back to Lukla for last overnight stop in Khumbu and Everest region after an adventurous trek to Mera Peak Climb.

                                From Lukla an early morning flight to Kathmandu with panorama of mountains views all the way to Kathmandu, at Kathmandu domestic airport our staff transfers you back into your hotel with free afternoon to relax after a great and marvelous time and adventure on Mera Peak Climb.

                                  Your last day in Nepal, country of Himalayan wonders and as per your international flight time depart for homeward bound or to next respective connecting destinations.

                                  Our staff and guide transfer you to Kathmandu airport after a mesmerizing memory and great adventure on Mera Peak Climb and trek.
