Annapurna Panorama Trekking, a short and fascinating adventure of a week duration, where all types of interested people can join in this fabulous and glorious short adventure on high green hills dominated with views of massive Annapurna mountain range.

Annapurna Panorama Trekking, an enjoyable walk on ancient Trans-Himalayan Salt and Caravan  Trade Route of Nepal and Tibet, that extends beyond Ghorepani towards higher Mustang areas where our trek follows for some days.

A fabulous country walk of moderate grade the only strenuous portion on this Annapurna Panorama trekking is on uphill and downhill walks, but rewards you with wonderful views and in the shade of cool rhododendron forest.

On this trip where you will be amazed facing views of snowcapped peaks all along the walks from the beginning to an end of the treks, an interesting journey following on an ancient Trans-Himalayan Salt and Caravan Trail of Nepal and Tibet to scenic Ghorepani, surrounded within green forest, the area around Ghorepani regarded as world’s largest natural rhododendron garden, where you can witness and enjoy during spring-summer times when flowers are in full bloom with riots of colors that fills the whole hills.

At Ghorepani enjoy your stay in the lovely local lodge where an hour hike takes you on top scenic Poon Hill above 3,210 m the highest elevation of the trek offers stunning sunrise views over the chain of peaks from Dhaulagiri-Annapurna and Manaslu range with magnificent Machhapuchare Himal or Fish Tail.

Beside marvelous views walk leads you around impressive traditional Gurung and Magar villages and into hot-spring of Jhinu before returning back to scenic Pokhara after an enjoyable and fascinating time on Annapurna Panorama Trekking.

On arrival at Kathmandu international airport, received by our office staff and guide and then a short drive to your hotels in the hub of Kathmandu city.

After checking in your rooms getting refreshed join with other members of the groups for the briefing on Annapurna Panorama Trekking, providing with useful information regarding treks and other details for your enjoyable stay in Nepal with us includes welcome dinner in an authentic Nepalese restaurant with Folk Culture program.

    Morning, depart from the hotel for an exciting tour at places of great interest within Kathmandu city, steeped with historical and religious monuments temples, monasteries as listed in World Heritage Sites, after an interesting tour afternoon free preparation for Annapurna Panorama Trekking.

      Morning departs from the hotel for an interesting drive towards Nepal Mid West offers you with exciting views as journey leads past farm villages and towns on Nepal's main highway to reach Pokhara city.

      On reaching Pokhara after six hours of exciting drive, transfer to your hotels nearby Phewa lakeside with time to stroll around, Pokhara a scenic touristic spot blessed with natural beauty of mountains-green hills- the verdant valley where Annapurna peaks reflect on its calm Phewa Lakes.

        Moring few hour drives take you further west to reach at Nayapul with the panorama of Annapurna and Manaslu Himalaya during the drive. On reaching at Nayapul where our first-day walk begins following Modi River to lovely village Bhirethati, from here trek towards North West with the slow uphill climb for few hours, leading past interesting Gurung farm villages and terraced fields to reach at Tirkhedhunga for overnight stops with time to enjoy beautiful cascading waterfalls at Tirkhedhunga.

          The second day of the adventure starts with morning climb on nice stone steps to reach at Ulleri a large and typical Hill village, inhabited mostly by Gurung and Magar's tribes offering views of Machhapuchare Himal with Annapurna South and Huin-Chuli peaks.

          From here on gradual winding up to reach Ghorepani as walk leads into magnificent tall rhododendron and pine tree woodland.

          After pleasant walk reaches at Ghorepani within the shade of mighty Dhaulagiri and Annapurna peaks surrounded by the lovely forest of rhododendron and magnolia trees, at Ghorepani in the comfort of nice lodge facing views of mountains.

          Ghorepani populated by Poon Magar people, ethnic hill tribes of Nepal famous as Gorkha soldiers in UK-India and other foreign countries. This village with many good lodges offers marvelous views of Dhaulagiri-Tukuche-Nilgiris and Annapurna Himalayan mountains.

            Early morning before breakfast, hike up for an hour on top Poon Hill located above 3,210 m this will be the highest spot of this marvelous scenic treks.

            From Poon Hill where you can catch the striking sunrise over a panorama of mountains includes Dhaulagiri-Tukcuhe-Nilgiris-Annapurna Fang (Vara Shikar) Annapurna range of peaks with majestic Machhapuchare Himal 'Fish Tail' the unclimbed and virgin peaks of Himalaya.

            View includes Mt. Manaslu with Lamjung extends to Ganesh Himal towards the far eastern horizon, after an exciting picturesque photo stop head back to Ghorepani for breakfast and carry on trekking uphill into beautiful woods of rhododendron trees with views of mountains.

            Finally, walk leads to descending and then up at Tadapani for overnight stop situated within beautiful forest offering grand views of Annapurna Himalaya.

              Morning enjoying glorious views of Annapurna peaks then walk downhill into a cool forest to reach a large Gurung village at Ghandruk for overnight and lunch stop, with an afternoon free to explore this interesting village, visit the local museum and around its village with views of Annapurna peaks.

                After a pleasant stop at Ghandruk village, morning leads above Ghandruk past farm areas and then into the nice patch of woodland with uphill to Uri village, where few trekkers often visit this isolated village offers tremendous views of Annapurna and beautiful landscapes.

                From Uri walk downhill towards Kimrong Khola (stream) and then a short climb to reach a ridge on the other side of the stream at Jhinu Danda located on a hilly ridge with many good lodges where you can enjoy a dip in the hot-spring which is a mere distance from this village at the bank of Modi River.

                  From Jhinu with refreshing stop morning walks downhill to Modi River and then up for a while to Landruk village past farm areas and crossing bridge as walk leads to a another large Gurung village of Landruk, after a brief rest walk on winding trails with short up to reach at Tolka for overnight stop with majestic views of Annapurna South and Huin-Chuli peaks.

                    Today a short walk of few hours to Dhampus village, our route leads on winding gradual path for an hour with the limb into the forested area to reach a scenic spot at Deurali offers fabulous views of peaks and surrounding landscapes.

                    After a pleasant stop on downhill within rich vegetation and woodland to Potana village facing marvelous scenery of landscapes and mountains views, as walk continues with the long descent to reach at Dhampus village located on a ridge top, offers the splendid panorama of Annapurna-Manaslu-Lamjung Himal with tips of Dhaulagiri and Machhapuchare Himal.

                    At Dhampus in the comfort of nice lodge facing views of mountains, afternoon free to enjoy the views and explore the Gurung village with last overnight stop of the trek.

                      From Pokhara overland drive leads on the same route back to Kathmandu with amazing and wonderful time on Mt. Dhaulagiri & Mt. Annapurna Panorama Trekking, on reaching Kathmandu transfer to your respective hotels with the free afternoon for individual activities.

                        The trip concludes today. After a hearty breakfast, we shall transfer you to the Tribhuwan International Airport for your flight to your onward destination.                           • Daypack bag for daily used stuff like cash, documents, papers, a water bottle or bladder, a camera, toiletries, sunscreen, a notebook, clothing, etc. (with a waterproof cover).
                          • You can store your luggage (on-trekking items) at the hotel in Kathmandu, and we can assist and help.
                          • Total luggage for the Kathmandu-Lukla flight is (15 kg/33 lbs.), including duffel (10 Kg/22 lbs.) and backpack (5 kg/11 lbs.)
                          • A down jacket with a hood(cap) to be warm in altitudes above 3,000m.

                          What to pack for nepal trekking?

                          Note: Supplies and gear can be rented or purchased in Kathmandu. Once you are in Nepal, you can buy supplies and gear for hiking if you have spare time.
