Why Autumn season?

Why autumn Season (September to November)?

Why should you travel in the autumn or fall? What are the advantages of traveling in the autumn? What is the main attraction during this trip period, and what can we see across the nation during this time?

Oh, fall, what a beautiful time of year. Colorful leaves are dropping; the air tickles; and the rain wipes away any bad thoughts, lovingly warning and preparing us for winter's chilly embrace. But, when fall arrives, what do we generally do? Is this, however, a wise decision?
Autumn does not always imply that it will rain all the time. Yes, it is possible for rain to fall for numerous days in a row, but why dwell on the bad aspects of rain?

Autumn is typically regarded as the ideal time to visit Nepal since the weather is mild and consistent, with bright sky. However, because of the complicated nature of Nepal's terrain and climate, nature has brilliant colours as everything has just been washed, and flora has grown quickly owing to the monsoon. Because the weather is perfect, the crowds are at their optimum as well!  it is also an excellent season to visit Nepal for cultural reasons, since there are many festivals Autumn features major holidays such as Dashain (October) and Tihar (November).

Climbers and hikers enjoy this season since it is normally dry and the sky are clear beginning in October. Daytime temperatures at high altitudes are nice for strolling, but lower down it is hotter. Autumn has a modest advantage over spring since the sky are sharper. The fall season is distinguished by mild temperatures, clean mountains at night, pleasant and clear days, and the appearance of clouds in the afternoon.

We cannot deny that travelling in autumn awakens the artistic soul in every human being. There are various reasons to hike and visit in Nepal during this season, including the colourful leaves on the ground, the vast green fields, and the spectacular rainbows after the rain. We tried to provide a few of the primary reasons why you should visit Nepal during the fall season.
Clean visibility and pleasant weather

After the rainy season, neither the persistent rain nor the excessive heat bothers you. The weather is clearer, and the azure sky twitches with a fresh wind, making everything more charming. Because the nation is packed with towering mountains and breath-taking vistas, visibility is essential for seeing all these wonders. When walking in the high mountains, the anticipation is always dependent on excellent weather, good visibility, and a warm forecast, which will make your journey unforgettable and delightful. Trekking in high mountains is usually a difficult effort, and if the weather does not cooperate, the visitors partake a negative experience. So, choosing Nepal as a trip destination is fantastic, and choosing Nepal during autumn and spring the greatest season is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Imagine your spectacular trip shots - you won't even need filters to create the "WOW" impact.

Beautiful Forests, green trails, scenic views

During fall, trees appear greener and thicker, as seen by the walking track. Since many of Nepal's magnificent hiking paths cross from lush green forest to high altitude alpine woodland. The off-the-beaten-path walking routes are quite attractive, with green vegetation in the pasture and grassland, wonderful green woodland and colorful flowers, and clear green distant vistas on a lovely bright day with blue sky. The dry pathways, with newly planted greenery and flowers beside.

Some of the trees we could experience and observe are pine trees, rhododendron trees, oak Crape, Myrtle (Lagerstroemia,) Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus), Tipu (Tipuana tipu), Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinenses), and Everblooming Gardenia (Gardenia jasminoides'veitchii'). There were flowers such as Rhododendron Gul Mohar (Royal Poinciana), Rajbriksha (Golden Shower flower), Parijat (Night-flowering Jasmine), Painyu (Prunus cerasoides), Asare (Crepe Myrtle), Kalki (Bottle Brush Tree), Birendraphul (Jacaranda), Koiralo (Orchid tree/Mountain Ebony).

The eastern Terai's Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve is the place to be. Bird enthusiasts should not miss this lovely sanctuary, which is teeming with birds of all types. It's an area where trees are crammed with birds, as though posing for a snapshot.

Nepal has 651 species of butterflies, accounting for 3.72 percent of the world's butterfly population. Beautiful butterfly specimens have long drawn butterfly specialists to Nepal. For nearly 150 years, Nepal has been studying these beautiful critters.

Approximately 10% of the butterflies in Nepal are Palaearctic species found above 3,000 m, while approximately 90% are Oriental species found in Swayambhu, the foot of the hills and forest streams at Godavari, Nagarjun, Budhanilkantha, and Sundarijal.

As the country's most joyful season and month, this is the ideal time to learn about Nepali culture, customs, and way of life. People like to celebrate with family, relatives, and close friends. The locals are chilling and partying; everyone appears to be in good spirits; the youngsters have a smile on their cheeks; and the entire joint family, no matter how distant they reside, travels and stays together to salute the occasion.

Everyone is cheerful and has a grin on their face and is enjoying every single minute, regardless of the scenario or how life is going. Is there a better time to travel than when the entire country is celebrating the beginning of life and you are a part of it? That feeling, those moments, those emotions of positivity and enthusiasm spreading throughout the land.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the traditions, cultures, and ways of life of the people who live in Nepal, as well as to participate in the festival and feel the emotions and rejoice in the moment. Participating is how you truly learn about the area.
Low risk of any disaster and unfortunate incidents

Every year, several hikers and climbers die as a result of unfortunate timing for such alpine activities. However, autumn is often regarded as the greatest and least dangerous season for any hiking or adventurous activity. Autumn brings neither excessive snowfall nor severe rainfall. A beautiful, warm day with a clear blue sky dominates the environment. Floods, landslides, strong snowfall, storms, avalanches, and other unforeseen disasters are less likely. Climate is mainly predictable and favourable. Only in the fall season may we pursue the sunset on the snow-capped mountains.

The clear and favourable weather aids in making the already difficult climb easier, as there is less risk of being caught in a disaster. Flights conducted in the mountains are not delayed or cancelled, which is a major factor in completing the journey on time and arriving at the desired location on time.

Best places to visit during autumn

Due to the volume of visitors and the nature of the weather, the most popular places to visit in October are Everest base camp, three passes in Everest, Manasulu circuit trek, Mardi himal trek, Gokyo valley trek, Ghorepani poon hill trek, Rara lake to khaptad national park trek, and many more treks tailored to the needs and desires of clients. Mountaineering and peak climbing are also popular during this season due to the favorable weather and temperate temperatures.

Trekking towards restricted valleys is also possible if the necessary conditions are met, which include at least two trekkers accompanied by experienced guides and assistants, as well as permits, safety equipment, daily remuneration, appropriate clothing, and insurance papers for clients, guides, and assistants.

Genuine tips for traveling?

Because of the high volume of tourists and the limited number of manpower and infrastructure, it is best to schedule your trip ahead of time. Otherwise, you may have to make a quality sacrifice. Due to the high volume of travelers and clients in this month, limited hotels, flights, transportation, and services are frequently fully booked or reserved months in advance. There are just a few motels, tea shops, and various types of lodging along hiking paths.

As the old man said, "It's preferable to reserve the seats than to be late and hunting for one.

Clients may occasionally have issues with excellent hospitality owing to the ratio of persons traveling and the service given. However, making an early reservation eliminates the problem" Choose the right season before traveling, check the weather, make your plans before traveling, know the visa and permit requirements, research and google some facts about the place you're traveling to, and be open minded before traveling. Don't forget to double check your belongings and be flexible with your plans.
